These are some videos that you might want to consider watching! It was my first swim meet at Neptune, New Jersey. A lot swim teams were there such as PTAC, X-Cel(mine), CCC, and some others I forgot. Coach Jessica wrote grids on our hands or wrists the event, heat, and lane we are in. We also knew that we had to do 3 rounds: for me, it was 50 meters breaststroke, 50 meters backstroke, and 50 meters freestyle. I just had a few things to work on: the arms and maybe the whole stroke. Even though I got 6th or 7th place(there were eight lanes, so it wasn’t that bad) I was content that I was in the swim meet.
I have to check out what I got for the time, but the only thing I remember was 51:60 seconds on backstroke. The silver and gold times were hard, so the next time I will improve. Too bad the meet was far, so I woke up at 5:30, went at 6:00 and arrived at 7:00. The meet lasted 4 hours, then the 11-12 age group can go swim. But I am sure that next time there is a lot more to swim.
